Since 1971, Lukman Arifin, S.H., founded Arifin & Associates, and started helping people solve their legal matters in Indonesia.
It is paramount for businessmen and entrepreneurs alike to be constantly in touch with the dimensions of the law, be it on the structuring level or while dealing with regulation issues such as business licenses and diversication, procurement contracts, business and restructured loans, and disputes pertaining to business partners and/or employees. On the other hand, the inevitable growth of domestic and global economy – marked by the ever-changing level of competitions – highlights the importance of professionalism and its principles in dealing with your business and investment. Thus it is only logical and wise to keep your business and investment within reach of the laws.
It is in that spirit that Arifin & Associates (AA) was established. AA was founded by two experienced advocate and Notary: Vicky Alexander Arifin, S.H, and Silvana Arifin Lasut, S.H., M.kn.,. AA is a leading law office based in Indonesia for both litigation and non-litigation cases, with the spirit of maintaining continuity and becoming a pillar for law enforcement in Indonesia at the core of its establishment. AA continues to grow along with the development of the law, and the political, social and economical situations, both domestically and globally. Thus our lawyers are experienced, professional, qualified, competent, with high integrity and, most importantly, highly upheld honesty in protecting the interests of our clients.

Vicky Alexander Arifin, S.H. Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Trisakti University, majoring in criminal law. He is member of the Indonesian Bar Association ( PERADI ). Before Arifin & Associates, he was a member of one of the most prominent litigation lawfirm in Indonesia, where he was involved in mostly litigation cases and handled many clients such as Agrocorp International, PTE,LTD, PT. KAO Indonesia, PT. Trisula International, Coldwell Banker Indonesia, PT. Indosino International, and PT. Global Pacific Energy. He is experienced in a wide range of commercial and criminal litigations, as well as bankruptcy proceedings, which includes representing clients at all types and levels of courts and alternative dispute settlements. He is also an Receiver and Administrator in bankcruptcy and he is a member of IKAPI ( Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia ).
Silvana Arifin Lasut, S.H., M.Kn.

Silvana Arifin Lasut, S.H., M.Kn. Graduated her bachelor degree and master from University of Indonesia, before Arifin & Associates she is a former of public notary in Jakarta Selatan Indonesia, with handling such cases related with corporate matters.
Titus Adhi Sanjaya, S.H.
PARTNER
Titus Adhi Sanjaya, S.H. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Atma Jaya University majoring Criminal Law. He is member of the Indonesian Bar Association ( PERADI ). Before joining Arifin & Associates, he worked in a Jakarta based lawfirm, where he was involved in mostly litigation cases and handled many clients, including PT. Indosurya Inti Finance, PT. KAO Indonesia, PT. Golden Tatex Indonesia, PT. Karya Andalan Gemilang etc. As a Partner in Arifin & Associates, Titus is involved in a wide range of cases. His area of practice includes civil law, criminal law, labor law, shipping law, arbitration law, land law, bankcruptcy law and alternative dispute resolution.
Prasetyo Kristanto. S.H., M.H.

Prasetyo Kristanto. S.H., M.H. Graduated from the Bachelor of Law in Atma Jaya University and Master of Law in University of Gadjah Mada, majoring in Business Law. He is member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). Before Arifin & Associates, he was a member of one of the most prominent lawfirm in Indonesia, where he was involved in mostly corporate cases and handled various clients from energy company, mining company, transportation company and technology company. He is experienced in a wide range of commercial and criminal litigations, as well as bankruptcy proceedings, which includes representing clients at all types and levels off courts, in courts and alternative dispute settlements.
Josi Dedi Gultom, S.H.
SENIOR ASSOCIATES
Josi Dedi Gultom, S.H. Obtained his bachelor degree from Udayana University majoring in Criminal Law. During his study in Udayana University, He was involved in several local organizations such as Lembaga Ban- tuan Hukum Bali, Ikatan Mahasiswa Sumatera Utara ( IMSU ) and Udayana Moot Court Community ( UMCC ). After graduating in 2014, he worked as a legal officer in a finance company. In 2015, he joined Arifin & Associates as senior associate. He has since resolved cases in criminal law, civil law and banking law.
Efraim Hasudungan, S.H.

Efraim Hasudungan, S.H. Graduated from University Kristen Indonesia, majoring in Litigation Law. His focused practice areas include civil law, criminal law, labor law, arbitration law, intellectual property law and alternative dispute resolution.
Citra Septiyani, S.H.
ASSOCIATES
Citra Septiyani, S.H. Obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Bung Karno University majoring in Civil Law. She assists the lawyer in handling daily administrative tasks to operate the law office efficiently. She joined AA in 2017.
